Responsibilities:
• Oracle configuration/ implementation experience, with Oracle R12.2.X
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with associates and management at all levels
• Ability to work closely with management, application development, and various other teams spread across multiple business areas.
• Analyze and understand and translate business requirements into the functional design specification
• Develop Test scripts
• Participate in UAT, CRP milestones
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience working on implementation projects in Oracle EBS R12
• Demonstrated Oracle configuration/ implementation experience, with Oracle R12.2.X in the areas of HRMS modules (HR, Payroll, SSHR)
• Experience and knowledge of HRMS preferred.
