Roles and Responsibility

Support UAT:

1.         Provide efficient, effective and timely testing support for new system/and or new features rollout across the region

2.         Understand UAT test cases and end to end flow of new rollout

3.         Prepare test scenarios, test conditions, test cases & scripts for UAT

4.         Prepare UAT test data to support required testing

5.         Perform user acceptance testing

6.         Create and maintain testing issues in JIRA or any other tool as stipulated

7.         Create JIRA boards for efficient issue tracking and reporting

8.         Prepare and publish test progress reports, test summary report, follow-up tasks to various stakeholders

9.         Escalate issues, risks to team lead and project manager / coordinator

10.         Conduct UAT / defects calls between Tech, users and testers

11.         Actively involved in daily project discussions with tech, users, stakeholders

12.         Actively involved in application deployment in green-zone (off operational hours)

13.         Provide ad-hoc support for operational tasks and customer experience related initiatives

 

Project Support:

1.         Plan, design, testing and implementation of customer servicing applications

2.         Support rapid wireframing

3.         Write UI test cases

4.         Design discussions with tech

5.         Manage JIRA boards, user stories and issues
