Roles and Responsibility
  • Pre-sales support for sales teams involving positioning of pharmacy retail solutions, pre-sales qualification and opportunity identification.
  • Design and presentation of customer-specific solutions and services.
  • Be the Trusted Advisor for our customers regarding pharmacy retail solutions architecture and delivery.
  • Conduct activities as a consultant and an advisor for our delivery team for our projects.
  • Assess and develop solution economics plans tailored to customer requirements.
  • Accelerate our business and market share.


  • Ideally, 5+ years of IT experience in a similar-level role in consultancy/advisory.
  • Experience in sales or pre-sales to the Singapore hospitals, clinics, medical suppliers, pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience from pre-sales would be highly regarded, preferably with pharmacy management software.
  • Understanding of sales, solution development, and knowledge or experience with multiple solution integration.
  • Experienced in developing implementation plans, statements of work, solution and architecture diagrams or project deliverables.
  • End to end delivery of any solutions.
  • Fluent in Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage, as this position requires handling Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
