Responsibilities:

We are looking for a resource based in Singapore as a Functional Analyst with techno-functional expertise and a background in Healthcare solutions with exposure and experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and clinical systems projects. Candidate will need to work directly with the client, gathering requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals.

·         Supporting Business/Functional analysis

·         Primary support to implementation team for the designated functions/modules of a custom built application

·         Work with development team to configure development kits and APIs for which relevant support will be provided

·         Identifying requirements for the application area and will take on tasks with respect to system configuration, testing and administration.

·         Guiding workflow design, completing advanced build and testing of system for requirements compliance.

·         Identifying and implementing requested changes to the system configuration and cross-application master data files.

·         Maintaining regular communication with Customer side stakeholders, including participating in weekly project team meetings

·         Developing a clear understanding of operational and functional needs to set the direction for the workflows during and after discussion sessions.

·         Problem solving capabilities to determine a problem's cause and developing a course of action to resolve the problem and to prevent its recurrence.

·         Relationship building to establish effective relationships with internal and external counterparts and stakeholders.

Requirements:

·        Candidates should have techno-functional background

·         A Bachelor's degree in IT discipline or equivalent.

·         A background in Healthcare solutions with exposure and experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and clinical systems projects.

·         The candidate must be residing in Singapore and should have relevant work experience of at least 5 years.
