Responsibilities:

·        Support the Business Management Office (BMO) in all aspects of financial reporting, data analysis and controls

·        Recommend effective methods of reporting financial performance and usage metrics using data modelling, dashboards and statistical analysis

·        Create methods for automating financial reporting and data analysis to enhance efficiency

·        Analyze resource reports for the purpose of maintaining expenditure controls

·        Consult with managers to ensure that financial adjustments are made in accordance with resource changes

·        Support the development of performance status / dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with stakeholders

·        Maintain project documentation, perform analysis and generate project resource schedule and project financial management

·        Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure

·        Outstanding self-management, influence management, information presentation and interpersonal, communication

·        Monitor project scope, schedule, costs, resources, quality and risk to ensure project costs are occurring as planned and any variances

·        Apply appropriate judgment to escalate to BMO Head as needed

·        Uses discretion to identify and resolve complex problems and assignments

Requirements:

·        Degree or equivalent

·        Experience of managing end to end project lifecycle and resource financial reporting

·        Knowledge or exposure to project management tools and techniques.

·        Ability to maintain, manipulate and analyse datasets

·        Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint

·        Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

·        Understanding of the importance for detail and organisation

·        Numerical ability and logical thinking

·        Ability to summarize and present information in a concise and clear fashion

·        Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness

·        Familiarity with service contracts and networks preferred
