Roles and Responsibility

 As part of the HR team, you are entrusted with the primary responsibility of building a world class human capital asset base and will be involved in spearheading HR initiatives. Other duties include but not limited to supervising payroll administration , compensation and benefit administration, supporting HR information systems as an end user, handling office administration and HR employee administration . 

Duties and responsibilities : 

 

  • Participate and implement key initiatives and strategies that are highly aligned to business practices. 

  • Provide coaching and oversee the HR team, ensuring that the team is highly robust and commercially focused. 

  • Analyze key data and develop key metrics (attrition/retention rates, training costs etc.) in order to develop insights, drive decisions and come up with improvement plans.
