Roles and Responsibility

 Responsibilities:

Bid Management

  • SME to provide guidance, advice and influence over the sales process
  • Ensure a consistent bid management process across all bids using established bid management tools.
  • Ensure understanding of client’s RFP/tender objective, client’s pain points and our competitive advantage.
  • Ensure that the pre-sales and bid management workflows are followed, and documentation stored in the proper location
  • Assist to develop strategic solutions for the client in line with the RFP/tender requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter expertise for inputs where necessary.
  • Articulate the solution in a well-written and high-quality proposal/presentation.
  • Drive delivery of milestones in accordance with bid timeline.
  • Manage communications between internal stakeholders and clients on matters pertaining to the bid (e.g. tender clarifications, corrigendum, legal review, etc)
  • Ensure all submission documentations are properly completed and signed off by authorised signatories.
  • Conduct Win:Loss analysis
  • Support client pitches when necessary.
  • Deliver a weekly report on the status of open opportunities

Knowledge Management

  • Ensure proper documentation of every bid after tender submission.
  • Create and maintain the bid content library and resources.
  • Where possible, drive streamlining of bid management process for smoother and faster turnaround of bids.
  • Actively share information and provide support to fellow Bid Managers when needed, thus helping to build a close-knit, high-trust and high-performing team.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.

Additional

  • Pre-RFP/Tender Preparation
  • Support EOI, Pre-Qualification and RFI responses.
  • Support data collation that is relevant for the RFP/tender e.g. site visit, portfolio information, subcontractor information, etc.
  • Bid Analytics


 Requirements:

  • ·         Degree in Finance/Accounting or related areas
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in commercial bids
  • Highly familiar in Microsoft Office Applications esp. Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and eye for detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast pace and stressful environment
  • Past working experience in IT sector or MNC is an advantage
